Energy 101 ~ Reiki for Kids
Children are naturally aware of subtle energy; They appreciate and enjoy experiences that validate their inner knowing. Learning about bio-electrical energy fields in a fun, comfortable and age-appropriate class empowers them to support their own wellness and develop a connected empathy with other living entities – be it animals, plants, or other people. It helps them gain a more holistic understanding of themselves as a complex and beautiful part of this interconnected world, and instills a deeper inner trust of this clarified awareness which they can then further develop throughout their lives.
Add-on Reiki I attunement (highly recommended but not required):
Children are often under a great deal of stress from the rigors of this too-busy, achievement-oriented society, whether this stress is from requirements put upon them directly, or indirectly through experiencing stressed loved-ones.
Becoming attuned to Reiki offers children a naturally self-soothing, re-balancing, health-enhancing life tool that they can apply to themselves whenever and wherever needed.
Family classes are available and are a wonderful shared experience!
Class fees are dependent upon the class makeup and family financial status.
Children’s Reiki and AromaReiki sessions also available. These are typically shorter than adult sessions.
